Core role and objectives
- Oversee the strategic direction and day to day operation and performance of the group
- Provide leadership focusing on high quality patient care and the effective use of resources
- Support and enable the trusts for the delivery of their business, workforce and financial plans
- Ensure the group meets its statutory and service obligations in line with the Care Quality Commission (CQC)
- Promote the group within the wider community, building strong sustainable strategic relationships with key stakeholders
Background
Neil joined North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust back in 2018 after holding senior positions, more latterly at Leeds Teaching Hospitals.
