Annual report

Every year South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust produces an annual report to coincide with our annual general meeting.

The report covers all aspects of our work and highlights the progress we have made with delivering our services. It includes a summary of our financial performance, our quality account, performance reports, highlights of the year and more.

Trade Union reporting data

The Trade Union (Facility Time Publication Requirements) Regulations 2017 require relevant public sector employers to collate and publish, on an annual basis, a range of data on the amount and cost of paid trade union facility time over the course of the relevant 12-month period.

Modern Slavery Act – Annual Statement

We are also required to produce an annual statement on the Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Act 2015 which demonstrates our organisation is following good practice and taking all reasonable steps to prevent slavery and human trafficking.

NHS Provider Licence Self-Certification

NHS foundation trusts are required to self-certify against a number of specific statements whether or not they comply with the conditions of the NHS provider licence (which itself includes requirements to comply with the National Health Service Act 2006, the Health and Social Care Act 2008, the Health Act 2009, and the Health and Social Care Act 2012, and have regard to the NHS Constitution).
