Whether you need to unwind after a hectic Christmas party season or you are looking to find a new way to get fit, relax and meet new people in 2015 the Trinity Holistic Centre can help.
Based at The James Cook University Hospital in Middlesbrough, the centre is well known for providing free complementary therapies to cancer patients and their carers, but it now also runs a wide range of clinics and classes which are open to everyone to help raise extra funds.
Options available to all trust staff and members of the public include massage therapies, relaxation and meditation lunchtime sessions, menopausal hot flush clinics, nail treatments, running club and Tai Chi classes.
Business manager Heather McLean said: “Why not treat yourself to a relaxing massage while helping us raise vital funds at the same time?
“Or if your New Year’s resolution is to get active we have a range of classes to help get you on the right track including our Tai Chi and running clubs.”
