COME along and join us at our coffee morning and help boost the Friarage MRI scanner appeal at the same time.
Everyone is welcome to drop in to Northallerton town hall, high street, Northallerton on Wednesday 29 April from 9am to 2pm.
Why not drop in for a cup of coffee, enjoy a browse, have a spin on the tombola and a delicious cake or two? Attractions include handcrafted gifts, books, bric a brac and various stalls to help boost fundraising for the scanner appeal.
You can also buy, buy – the MRI pie! The pork, plum and Wensleydale cheese savoury treat has kindly been produced by Johnsons Butchers of Thirsk to raise funds for the MRI scanner appeal at the Friarage. The tasty treat is proving to be a big hit and is selling fast so why not give it a try!
Paul Watkins, South Tees Charity’s head of fundraising, said: “Our coffee mornings are a great way of supporting the scanner appeal, meeting our appeals team and enjoying some time out to relax. Everyone enjoys them and it also gives us the opportunity to chat to local people and keep them up to date on how the appeal is going.”
