South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation trust is inviting relatives and carers to help improve hospital care for patients with dementia.
The trust is holding a patient experience event and is encouraging members of the public to come along and give their views.
Dementia strategy project manager, Beth Swanson said: “Events like this are so important when planning improvements that directly affect patients and carers. We need to learn from past experiences and put in place changes that will make a real difference and be valued by all.”
The event takes place on Friday 21 December 2012 from 9.30am to 12noon in the David Kenward lecture theatre in the academic centre at The James Cook University Hospital, Middlesbrough.
