The Eat Well, Feel Better programme based at The James Cook University Hospital’s Trinity Holistic Centre is offering a free six week programme specially designed for those who have previously had a cancer or long term condition to feel better through eating well.

The Trinity Holistic Centre is launching a new Eat Well Feel Good programme to coincide with National Dietitians’ Week (8-12 June 2015). The Eat Well Feel Good programme is designed to support those living with and beyond a cancer diagnosis or other long term condition in managing a healthy weight and making healthy food choices.
South Tees has joined the fight against flu this winter by launching a campaign to encourage all staff to be vaccinated. While frontline health workers will be given priority, everyone at the trust – including volunteers and students – will be encouraged to have the flu vaccine to ensure they are protected before the winter season.
