The Trinity Holstic Centre will need to find an additional £2,200 this year – to replace two beds that have broken down in the last week. More than 100 patients a month suffering from cancer and other long-term conditions could miss out on complementary therapies, after the two beds broke down within days.

The Trinity Holistic Centre is running a series of free music workshops for young people who have been affected by cancer or other long term conditions. Big Noise workshops will be held throughout August and September to encourage 10 to 24-year-olds to try something new and meet others their age with similar health issues
The James Cook University Hospital has started a new specialist counselling programme for children and young people who have been affected by cancer. The counselling sessions will be delivered by an experienced, qualified counsellor from the Trinity Holistic Centre which provides support to families affected by cancer and long term conditions.
The Trinity Holistic Centre is launching a new Eat Well Feel Good programme to coincide with National Dietitians’ Week (8-12 June 2015). The Eat Well Feel Good programme is designed to support those living with and beyond a cancer diagnosis or other long term condition in managing a healthy weight and making healthy food choices.
