Trinity Holistic Centre needs extra £2,200 for new beds

The Trinity Holstic Centre will need to find an additional £2,200 this year – to replace two beds that have broken down in the last week. More than 100 patients a month suffering from cancer and other long-term conditions could miss out on complementary therapies, after the two beds broke down within days.

Refresh and renew ladies night

MINI manicures, make-up tutorials and taster massages are just some of the fun activities to enjoy at Trinity Holistic Centre’s charity ladies night. The Refresh and Renew event takes place on Wednesday 16 September from 7pm to 9pm at the centre at The James Cook University Hospital.

The Trinity Holistic Centre is running a series of free music workshops for young people who have been affected by cancer or other long term conditions. Big Noise workshops will be held throughout August and September to encourage 10 to 24-year-olds to try something new and meet others their age with similar health issues

Family gardening fun day

Families are invited to join in a range of garden-based activities at the first of a series of fun open days at Trinity Holistic Centre. The centre, based at The James Cook University Hospital in Middlesbrough, will open its doors to all local families on Saturday 11 July from 12noon to 2pm.
