Graduates from across the country are being offered the opportunity to get on the fast track to a career in health service management with an award winning NHS Trust.
South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is inviting high calibre graduates to apply for a place on its new 23-month management training scheme to work in either general management or human resources.
The trust’s lead resourcing specialist Claire Fuller said: “This is a terrific opportunity for any self-motivated graduate looking to begin their career in the health service.
“We’re after people who have a passion for the health service, want a career in leadership and are committed to improving the patient experience at all times. We work in an exciting, fast-moving environment where no two days are ever the same. We’re looking for applicants who will not only thrive in that environment but will add to it.”
Places on the scheme, which includes a generous starting salary of just under £20,000, are limited with only six general management positions and one human resources placement being available. The closing date for applications is Sunday 7 August 2016.
The scheme is part of the trust’s aim of encouraging talent to Teesside and North Yorkshire and has produced a video explaining why it’s a great place to live.
