We are currently experiencing technical issues with some of our call software which may be preventing patients and staff from contacting Patient Connect.
This particularly affects those calling about appointments. We are working hard to resolve these technical issues and hope to return to normal service levels as soon as possible.
Due to these technical issues we would also envisage that call volumes may be particularly high once the issues have been resolved.
If your call is of an urgent nature please continue to call through. For all other enquiries we would ask that you call back after 2pm when call volumes should be reduced.
