Choir 3Do you enjoy singing? Want to join South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust’s choir?

It is often said a good sing-song is the best medicine to combat the stresses and strains of life and the trust’s friendly choir is looking for patients, carers or anyone who enjoys singing to join them in the pure pleasure of singing.

The choir meets every Tuesday from 5pm to 6pm at the Trinity Holistic Centre at The James Cook University Hospital.

Anyone who enjoys singing is welcome to come along and join the hospital staff who sing in the choir. No experience is necessary and the choir is open to everyone regardless of age or experience.

Choir 1

Led by choir master, Angela Bennett – who is also choir master for Guisborough Choral Society – it is fun and free and there are no auditions and no commitments. Just come along when you can and have some fun singing and laughing in a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. The more the merrier!

The choir is going to perform at hospital events in the future and entertain patients, the public and staff at the trust’s hospitals, especially at Christmas time.
