Have you been to accident and emergency or an urgent treatment centre in the last six months? And are you over 16 years old?
The Care Quality Commission (CQC) are looking for people to take part in a 90-minute discussion with other people to help develop the 2024 Urgent and Emergency Care National Survey. Your experiences will help develop the survey, which will support improving patient experience.
The discussion will be in the form of a focus group via a video call. You will be asked questions about your experience of using urgent and emergency care services.
Participation is voluntary and the discussion is confidential.
