This small team of midwives are committed to providing you with the care and support you need, and to making sure you have all the information required for you to make the right choices for you and your baby.
One of the team midwives will be responsible for planning and providing most of your care (your named midwife) and you will also have the opportunity to meet the other midwives in the team throughout your pregnancy.
If you need to be seen by a member of our medical team we will ensure you are seen by an appropriate specialist who will provide all of your medical care alongside your named midwife.

Congratulations Olivia

We are pleased to announce that our first Primrose baby has arrived.
Mum Olivia was seen by midwife Issy Brown for every appointment from week 25 of her pregnancy.
Olivia was able to contact Issy directly with any concerns which made her feel very well supported and less anxious throughout her pregnancy.
When Olivia went into hospital for induction of labour she said she was “Over the moon” to see that Issy was on shift and would be caring for her in labour.
Olivia felt that Issy could not have done more for her throughout her labour and delivery of her little boy Tyghe, who arrived at 12.27am on Thursday 7 January.
Issy went to the postnatal ward the next day to see Olivia, which Olivia felt was really thoughtful when she couldn’t have visitors to the ward due to COVID-19 restrictions. Issy has also provided all of Olivia and Tyghe’s postnatal care since they returned home.
Olivia said that she could not have been happier with her care and that the continuity she has received has made a huge difference to her whole experience.
Issy said that this is the type of midwifery care she aspires to and feels really lucky to have been able to work in this way.
