Your child’s diabetes team at South Tees Hospitals are looking for motivated parents who can spare two mornings annually (9.30am to 12 noon) to attend our team meetings to help us to shape future care for children and young people with diabetes. Refreshments and free parking will be provided.
Would you be interested in shaping the future of children’s diabetes care in the North East and Cumbria region?
You may want to become involved with the children and young people with diabetes network; which holds meetings in Gateshead in March and October of each year.
