Muscle specific tyrosine kinase antibodies are found in up to 70% of sero-negative (acetylcholine receptor negative) myasthenia gravis patients. They are believed to be pathogenic.
Autoantibody found in up to 70% of acetylcholine receptor negative myasthenia gravis patients.
