Tai Chi exercises are beneficial for people who want to reduce stress and improve posture, balance, general mobility and increase muscle strength.
There are two videos available. The first video is a seated routine and is suitable for beginners or people who struggle with balance. The second video is a standing routine, this can be used as a progression from the first video and can help to improve balance.
The second video is broken down into two sections, the first section you do not need any equipment. During the second section you can use a weighted tai chi ball, if you do not have one of these you can use a tennis ball, a bottle of water or alternatively you can do the movement without the use of any equipment.
