What is mindfulness and is it for you?
Many people rush through life or feel overwhelmed with everything that is happening in their lives. Paying more attention to the present moment – to your own thoughts and feelings, and to the world around you – can improve your mental wellbeing. Some people call this awareness mindfulness.
Trinity Holistic Centre offers open mindfulness taster sessions led by qualified and experienced practitioners. These sessions give you an opportunity to find out more, ask questions, get an introduction to mindfulness skills or an opportunity to practice if you are still new to mindfulness.
