Wellbeing Activities

The centre has run a number of successful pilot wellbeing projects in the past.

We are proud of the success of these events and activities, which have included the Trinity Green Fingers gardening scheme, Big Noise music workshops, health walks, a running club,  MyViewpoint photography project and Eat Well Feel Good.

We would like to thank everyone who has participated and contributed to the evaluations  which will help us shape future projects at the centre. Watch this space, there won’t be long to wait for some new projects!

South Tees Singers

South Tees Singers is a friendly singing group and is open to all staff, patients and carers. The group meets every Tuesday from 5.15pm to 6.15pm.

All  are welcome to come and sing away the stresses of the day – and it’s free to join!

We always have a great time and welcome anyone who is interested. The choir could particularly use some extra male voices.

Tai Chi classes

Tai Chi combines deep breathing and relaxation with slow and gentle movements. Health benefits can include reducing stress, improving balance and general mobility, and increasing muscle strength in the legs.

You can join our class every Tuesday from 6pm to 7pm.

Sessions cost £3.50 payable on the day with no membership fees.
