Some of the wellbeing pilot projects that have been running over the last year (funded by the South Tees CCG community innovation fund, Prostate Cancer UK and musinc) have now drawn to a close.
We are proud of the success of these events and activities, which have included the Trinity Green Fingers gardening scheme, Big Noise music workshops, health walks, a running club, MyViewpoint photography project and Eat Well Feel Good.
We would like to thank everyone who has participated and contibuted to the evaluations which are now being compiled and will help us shape future projects at the centre …. watch this space, there won’t be long to wait for some!
In the meantime do get involved with:
South Tees Singers
South Tees Singers is a friendly singing group and is open to all staff, patients and carers. The group meets every Tuesday from 5.15pm to 6.15pm.
All are welcome to come and sing away the stresses of the day – and it’s free to join!
We always have a great time and welcome anyone who is interested. The choir could particularly use some extra male voices!

You can join our class every Wednesday from 5.30pm – 6.30 pm.
Sessions cost £3.50 payable on the day with no membership fees.
A 10-week course for those new to Tai Chi will commence from Friday 20 May 9am to 10am.
