Staff COVID-19 testing and vaccination helpline – 01642 854261 or ext 54261
(7.30am to 7.30pm, seven days a week)

This helpline is for staff to access advice regarding swab results and post vaccination queries.

Please do not contact the helpline to book an appointment for your own vaccine – you will be contacted in due course and offered an appointment.

COVID outbreaks

There is a single point of contact for COVID outbreaks.

COVID incident co-ordination centre (ICC)

The incident co-ordination centre (ICC) is responsible for overall co-ordination of the COVID response and acts as a central point of contact for all national, regional and multi-agency guidance and requests. It also facilitates the tactical and operational meetings.

The ICC is located in the Murray building (estates admin office) and is open between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Outside these times any COVID queries should be directed to tactical on call. Any emails received in the COVID mailbox after 5pm or over the weekend will be dealt with the next working day.

Call this number if you’re keen to explore your personal resilience and/or personal performance/impact. Coaching conversations can offer useful challenge to your current ways of thinking and behaving and can offer practical tools and techniques to work through challenges and maximise your personal effectiveness and resilience.

Trinity Holistic Centre kindness call – 01642 854839

If you are isolated, feeling anxious, need information about any local support available or simply want to chat, call this number to arrange a weekly kindness call from the Trinity Holistic Centre. The team are also linking closely with our Macmillan colleagues to provide financial advice and more.
