It is natural to feel scared, tired, sad and even hopeless in the face of this uncertainty, particularly when it is unclear how long the situation will last for.
It is important for you to pace yourself so that you can continue to cope. Pace yourself both at home and work in order to avoid tiredness or cycles of ‘boom & bust’ where you do too much then burnout. This is where your self-care strategies come in!
