Consultant performance data

Carers - supporting your needs and rights

We recognise and value the role carers have in the health, comfort and wellbeing of our patients. Our nursing staff should talk to you about your carer role when your loved one is admitted to hospital and document this in nursing records. Our staff can then communicate effectively and share relevant, timely information with you.
