The following exercise uses resistance band. We suggest that you consider wearing protective eyewear when doing this exercise.

Open a loop of resistance band until the arms are parallel (Fig A).
Maintain the tension in the band while lifting the arms in a slow and controlled manner, as high as the physiotherapist has directed (Figs B and C).
Return to the start position.
