Yoga Classes at Trinity Holistic Centre

It’s never too late to start yoga, you don’t need to be young fit or flexible, it is suitable for everyone.

Yoga is an ancient eastern art that brings balance to the body, calms the turbulent mind and brings us closer to knowing our true self. Hatha yoga is suitable for beginners and those wanting a reflective practise.

Each class will include postures (asanas) breathing techniques (pranayama) and relaxation / meditation techniques. Chairs are available if getting down or up from the floor is difficult.

Gentle Yoga Thursdays at Trinity Holistic Centre

  • Weekly 4.30pm to 5.30pm
  • £3.50 per session

  • Mat or blanket or towel
  • A cushion
