In crawling position - hands directly under the shoulders — Fig A.

Go into a crawling position with your hands directly under your shoulders and your knees and hips at 90 degrees (Fig A).

Pelvis is tilting the back remains flat not curved — Fig B.

Flatten your back, (engaging your stomach muscles) tilting your pelvis and tucking your tailbone under (do not arch your back up or down) (Fig B).

Relax and repeat as advised by your physiotherapist.
