Humber and North Yorkshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) is a core member of the Humber and North Yorkshire Health and Care Partnership, alongside NHS providers, local councils, health and care providers and voluntary, community and social enterprise organisations.
The Health and Care Partnership is one of 42 integrated care systems (ICSs) which cover England to meet health and care needs across an area, coordinate services and plan in a way that improves population health and reduces inequalities between different groups.
The NHS Humber and North Yorkshire ICB was formally established on 1 July 2022, taking over the statutory accountability for local NHS planning and budgets from clinical commissioning groups (CCGs).
