- Urgent Care: Call 111 and select option 2 (or option for mental health) to speak with a trained mental health professional.
- Samaritans: Call 116 123 for 24/7, free, confidential emotional support.
- Crisis mental health services for Deaf people include 24/7 text-based support (text “DEAF” to 85258 to SignHealth), specialised services like Deaf Connect, and BSL-accessible NHS crisis teams. For immediate danger, text 999 (if registered) or use Relay UK

- Crisis assessment suite: You can visit the crisis assessment suite which is situated at Roseberry Park Hospital, Crisis Assessment Suite, Marton Road, Middlesbrough, TS4 3AF. Alternatively, if you need urgent medical attention, please ensure you attend your local emergency department for support. We also recommend you try to let close family or friends know you are struggling and need some support.
