- Lie on your back resting your affected arm at your side (Fig A).
- Bend your elbow to 90 degrees (Fig B).
- Form a fist and use your unaffected side to provide resistance. Push the fist up towards the ceiling (Figs B, C and D).
- Maintain the resistance while returning to the start position (Figs B, C and D).
Repeat as directed by your physiotherapist.
