We need your medication.
When you come into hospital, please bring ALL your medication with you, in their original containers.
This usually includes:
- Tablets, capsules and liquids
- Inhalers and sprays

- Patches
- Syringes and injectables
- Any specialist medications
Please hand your medications to the ward staff to ensure that they are recorded and kept in a safe, easily accessible place for administration.
