Stand in a stride position at a wall, with the foot nearest the wall behind (Fig A).
Place your affected arm against the wall with your elbow bent.
Gently slide your hand up the wall in an arc keeping the back of your hand against the wall (Figs B and C).
This exercise should be pain free throughout.
