Sit safely towards the edge of a firm surface (Fig A).

Pelvis has been rolled backwards — Fig B.

Slowly roll the pelvis backwards, tucking the tailbone under (Fig B)

pelvis rolled forward back to the starting position

Slowly return to the start position and roll your pelvis forward (Fig C).

Repeat as directed by your physiotherapist.
