Acute Medicine – Respiratory
You are currently a patient on the Respiratory Outreach Service, based at the Friarage Hospital. You will receive home visits or telephone support from one of our team. This is on a short term basis only following your discharge from hospital.
You will be discharged from the Respiratory Outreach Service when your condition is stable, but we are available for future telephone advice.
