Move into a crawling position (Fig A and B).

With a little weight going through your shoulders, gently move from side to side

With a little weight going through your shoulders, gently move from side to side
Fig D.

With a little weight going through your shoulders, gently move from side to side
(Figs C and D).

Repeat as directed by your physiotherapist.
