Shoulder loading in sitting

Sat with hands flat on a firm surface

Sit on a firm surface with your hands flat (Fig A).

Move your body weight from side to side and start to take a little weight through each of your shoulders (Figs B and C).

Repeat as directed by your physiotherapist.
