Kneel on the floor with both hands on the ball and your elbows straight (Figs A and B).
Move slowly from side to side (Figs C and D).

Progress this exercise by using only your affected arm on the ball and moving your body slowly forwards and backwards to gently load the shoulder (Figs E and F).
