Friarage Hospital
At the Friarage Hospital we also have a three-bed coronary care unit, which is on the second floor of the hospital next to Romanby ward, and a cardiac investigations unit with echocardiography, exercise testing and non-invasive monitoring facilities.
The cardiology unit has been involved for many years with MINAP and BCIS in monitoring clinical outcomes. The service regularly and routinely assesses outcomes internally to ensure performance is consistently good.
