Physiotherapy: Pregnancy back and pelvis advice session

This session will help you understand the physical changes around the lower back and pelvic area during pregnancy.

It will give you practical advice and dos and don’ts for daily activities, as well as helpful tips to make every-day tasks easier for example getting in and out of a car and in and out of bed.

It demonstrates the correct use of the gym ball during pregnancy, as well as gentle stretches and core strengthening exercises. It also talks through the benefits of using pregnancy supports, how to fit them and when to use them.
