The Tees Safeguarding Children Partnership website gives children and young people, their families and communities and professionals useful information about how organisations work together to safeguard and promote the welfare of children.
The aim is to make sure those who work with children and their families do it well and keep children safe.

Young People and Families Team – Recovery Solutions
Recovery Solutions is a part of Middlesbrough Council’s Accessing Change Together (ACT) plan. The team helps and supports any young person who require education or support around drug or alcohol use.
This includes brief interventions, harm minimisation, education, group work, youth enrichment and one to one psi (psycho-social interventions) support.
The team also provides group support for parents, carers and significant others involved in the lives of these young people.

Early Help – Middlesbrough Council
Early Help is Middlesbrough Council’s initiative for children and families to access support for problems such as drug and alcohol abuse, domestic abuse, mental health issues and more.
The council works with families to help them get the most out of family life, be healthier, achieve, be safe and enjoy their lives together.
