Your audiologist can advise on any additional programmes that may have been activated in your hearing device.
The programme button may be beside or above the battery door, depending on how your custom hearing device has been individually made.
The number of beeps indicates which programme is selected (for example one beep equals programme one, two beeps equals programme two).
Example: For a hearing device set up with three programmes (for example all-round, restaurant and music).
If you cannot hear the beeps very well, your audiologist may be able to increase the volume of the beeps.
The programme button works on a continuous scroll: once you have reached the last programme, pressing the button again will return the hearing device back to programme one.
When the hearing device/s are turned off and on again by opening and closing the battery door, the programme will always default to programme one.
