Introduction
Adding milky drinks to your diet is a simple way to increase your calorie and protein intake, which can help with weight gain and overall nutrition.
Choosing the right milk
- Use full-fat or “original” versions of dairy or plant-based milks.

Dairy-free options

- Calcium
- Vitamin D
- Vitamin B12
- Soya milk: higher in protein
- Oat milk (barista style): higher in calories/energy.
Warning
