What is sports injury assessment and management?

Your physiotherapist may prescribe a gym programme for you in one of our gyms, located at Cleveland Health Centre, One Life Centre Middlesbrough, Redcar Primary Care Hospital, East Cleveland Primary Care Hospital and Guisborough Primary Care Hospital.

We have a variety of classes and groups running across our main departments. After assessment, your physiotherapist may refer you into one of these groups.

What are mobility assessments?
You may be sent to see us if another health care professional feels that an aspect of your mobility will put you at risk of further injury or if they feel it may have a detrimental effect on your daily activities and general health.
