Biography
Oluwaseun is the Clinical Trials Co-ordinator at South Tees Academic Centre for Surgery (ACeS).
She is a researcher well-versed in developing quantitative, qualitative and mixed-methods research studies. Her experience includes neuro health, mental health, maternal health and adolescent sexual health.
Oluwaseun gained her undergraduate degree (BSc in human anatomy) from the Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA) and her graduate degree (MSc in public health) from Teesside University.
She has gained numerous trainings and certifications in her research career, including ICH-GCP from the National Institute of Health and Social Care Research (NIHR), providing her with the astute importance of adherence to study protocols.
Oluwaseun is informed of the ethical guidelines developed by the United Kingdom Government health related organisations including the Health Research Authority (HRA), Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA), the Integrated Research Approval System (IRAS), UK Policy for Health and Social Care Research, and the Research Ethics Committee.
