The Vocational Training department runs an apprenticeship programme which enhances employment prospects and creates a fantastic opportunity to step into the NHS. Successful candidates are motivated, dynamic and interested in developing a career in either business administration or health and social care.
The Prospect Programme is an in-depth work experience programme offered by the Trust Vocational Training department designed to provide skills and training to the unemployed helping to support people bridge gaps into paid work. The programme consists of a formal 3 week induction followed by 12 weeks on-the-job training.
