Our trust have partnered with DrDoctor to launch basic scheduling
You can now request to cancel or change your outpatient appointment using basic scheduling on DrDoctor Patient Engagement Portal (PEP).
Basic scheduling allows you to manage all your appointments in one place, at a time that is convenient to you.
It’s as easy as choosing from either option 1, 2 or 3:
- Reply CANCEL or CHANGE to the text message and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Follow the link in your text message to log into the patient portal.
- Contact the number provided on your letter or text message.
All requests will be managed by the relevant booking team and they will be in touch to let you know the outcome of your request. Ultimately, the decision to cancel or change an appointment will be made by them in accordance with their policies.
Please note, if we do not have your mobile number/you have opted out of text messages, you will continue to receive paper letters in the post.
