Coronavirus update (COVID-19) – Audiology hearing aid after-care (repairs)

As the Chief Medical Officer has stated, routine NHS services will inevitably come under pressure as the coronavirus (COVID-19) spreads.

The NHS has well-established escalation protocols to respond to situations such as this and hospitals have been advised on what steps they can take at a local level.

This includes the rescheduling of some operations, appointments and procedures which are planned in advance.

We will be temporarily suspending face to face after-care (repair) sessions. If you have a hearing aid that is not working, follow the instructions below to access our postal repair service.

Please post it in to us at the address below with your name, address, and date of birth.

Please make sure sufficient postage is paid and appropriate time is allowed for your device to be returned.
