Middlesbrough and Redcar and Cleveland (MRC) community therapy teams are responsible for providing rehabilitation to patients in their own environments to aid recovery from illness or injury.
The therapy rapid response service aims to prevent admission to hospital and facilitate faster discharges from hospital.
Assessments and interventions are carried out in the patient’s own home or local community.
Normal working hours are 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
Rapid response service is a seven-day service between 8am to 8pm.
