Our flu fighter champions will be out and about in wards, departments and community hospitals to help bring the flu jab to you when you are on duty.
Please contact them directly to organise your flu vaccine.
Bookable appointments
Bookable appointments are provided by the occupational health team in South Lodge (near v3) at James Cook.
To book your jab, please email [email protected], including your name, job title, date of birth and location.

What do I need when I get my flu jab?
When you get your jab, you’ll be asked to fill in a slip (which you can download and pre-full below) and advised to add:
Your personal details
Including your date of birth and telephone number
Your payroll number
Your payroll number can be found by logging in to ESR and is on your payslip as ‘assignment number’. If you are not paid by the trust (such as doctors in residence), you can leave the payroll number blank.
Your NHS number
If you don’t know it, you can find your NHS number online or on your NHS app.
Flu vaccination slip
You can choose to fill in your vaccination slip before attending to speed up getting the jab on the day.
