Friarage drop-in clinics

Staff can get their flu vaccine from Jenny Foster in the children’s hub between 9am and 5pm. No appointment required.

Our Friarage flu champions will also be able to give you your jab.

Community colleagues can access their flu vaccination via their flu champions.

Our flu fighter champions will be out and about in wards, departments and community hospitals to help bring the flu jab to you when you are on duty – so keep an eye out for them.

Staff can also book an appointment to get their flu vaccine in South Lodge (near v3) at James Cook at a time convenient to them

What do I need when I get my flu jab?

When you get your jab, you’ll be asked to fill in a slip (which you can download and pre-full below) and advised to add:

Your personal details

Including your date of birth and telephone number
Your payroll number

Your payroll number can be found by logging in to ESR and is on your payslip as ‘assignment number’. If you are not paid by the trust (such as doctors in residence), you can leave the payroll number blank.
Your NHS number

If you don’t know it, you can find your NHS number online or on your NHS app.
