STARS Awards

If someone at our trust has made your day, or gone that extra mile, you can nominate them for a South Tees Appreciation Report using this form and they will receive a STARS certificate.

At the end of each month our judging panel will select a winner from each theme to be presented with a STARS Award trophy.

If you are a member of staff please nominate colleagues via the internal STARS reporting system so they receive their certificate without delay.
