Texture modified diets
Textured modified diets are part of treatment for medical conditions. These menus are available for patients who have swallowing problems.
- Level 4 pureed
- Level 5 minced and moist
- Level 6 soft and bite-sized
Cultural, religious and lifestyle menus
These menus are available for patients.
- Vegan menu
- World food menu
- World foods including Halal spicy and non-spicy and Asian vegetarian
- Kosher (on request via catering team)
24 hour meal and snack provision is available on request via the flexible fining menu for those patients who have missed a meal or have additional nutritional requirements.
