Help for heroes nurse
We employee a specialist Help for Heroes nurse to co-ordinate care across healthcare services for members of the Armed Forces community.
Hannah Robertson can support patients of the Armed Forces Community by:
- referring them into the Help for Heroes charity for physical, mental health, financial and well-being support
- clinical support within the community
- navigating the healthcare sector
- integrating veterans into the local community
- signposting or referring to other 3rd party organisations that support the Armed Forces Community

Working hours are Monday – Friday 8am to 4pm and patients can be visited at any of the hospital sites across University Hospital Tees.
